The practice has been serving the community for over 30 years and has an enviable staff retention rate. The dedicated team consists of around 35 staff, made up of vets, nurses, animal attendants, administrators and receptionists, all striving to provide the best experience possible for patients and clients. There is a culture of collaboration.
The employers are open to hearing from those interested in full or part-time roles. They offer a flexible roster with a weekly rostered day off and no after-hours. The clinic is open from 8 am – 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday and 8 am – 3 pm on Saturdays. Lunch breaks are paid for on unbroken shifts.
Interested in surgery, ultrasound or dental work? This role offers special interest development. Specialist qualifications or special interests will be highly regarded.
The ideal vet will provide high standards of care, cultivate long-term client relationships and contribute positively to the team culture. Vets should have a commitment to continuing education.
This purpose-built, 100% small animal hospital houses equipment such as digital x-ray, flexible and rigid video endoscopes, dental machine, ECG, ultrasound, pulse oximetry, doppler and blood pressure monitors, in-house blood testing, blood gas analyser, haematology analyser and more!
The employer is willing to assist with a work permit (sponsorship) for suitable overseas candidates. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) and be eligible for registration as a veterinary practitioner in Australia.
