A unique opportunity is available for a Clinic Coordinator to join a veterinary clinic in Central Otago.
This is a key role focused on leading the day-to-day operations of the clinic, supporting the team and helping create a positive experience for clients. It would suit someone with proven experience in clinic, healthcare or similar operational leadership, who enjoys working closely with both frontline teams and wider business functions.
This role has a strong people, service and business focus. You will help oversee the smooth running of the clinic, coordinate rostering and administrative processes, support a high standard of customer care and work closely with clinical and business teams to keep operations on track.
The position also involves monitoring performance, supporting budgets and KPIs, helping drive operational improvement and contributing to a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Strong collaboration and communication skills will be important, as this role works across a range of stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
The clinic is looking for someone with commercial awareness and the ability to balance day-to-day operational needs with longer-term business goals. You will be confident building relationships, supporting and guiding team members, and helping create an environment where people can do their best work.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000, depending on experience. Experience in a veterinary clinic would be highly regarded, as an understanding of the realities of clinic life will be a real advantage in this role.
