An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced veterinarian to join this friendly and welcoming 6 vet team in Tasmania. The practice is located less than half an hour from Hobart, offering easy access to the city while enjoying a quieter, semi-rural lifestyle.
The practice is seeking a vet with at least two years’ clinical experience who enjoys working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
This is a full time or part time position, with flexibility around hours to suit the right applicant. There are no after-hours requirements, providing a good work/life balance.
The clinic handles a wide range of surgical and medical cases, meaning that no day is the same. The team is highly experienced and enjoys supporting one another, with a strong focus on professional growth and development.
The practice is well-equipped with modern equipment to support a high standard of care, including DR radiography, ultrasound, complete in-house IDEXX blood machine setup, TCI, digital otoscopy and rhinoscopy, and more. The clinic will also be relocating to brand new premises in the near future, providing an excellent working environment.

The employer is willing to assist with a work visa (sponsorship) for suitable overseas candidates. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) and be eligible for registration as a veterinary practitioner in Australia.
