A well-established veterinary hospital in Sydney’s inner west is seeking an experienced veterinary nurse to join its large, supportive team.
This is a full-time role working eight 10-hour days per fortnight, although part-time hours can also be considered for the right candidate.
The position would suit a nurse with at least two to three years’ experience who is confident working in a busy hospital environment.
The role involves hands-on nursing duties including taking bloods, placing IV cannulas, basic radiography and supporting anaesthesia.
You will be working closely with a large nursing team who share responsibility for blood collection, IV catheter placement and running anaesthetics, providing strong peer support throughout the day.
The hospital is home to a team of 10 veterinarians who see an interesting and varied caseload, delivering high-quality medicine in a professional and friendly environment. With over 50 years of history, the practice is well-regarded for its commitment to excellent customer service and patient care.
