A well-established mixed practice in West Gippsland is seeking an experienced small animal or mixed vet to join their large, supportive team. This is a role that can genuinely be shaped around you. Whether you are looking to focus on small animal work or keen to take on a broader mixed caseload, the team is happy to discuss how the role could work best for your interests and career stage. Full time and part time arrangements are both welcome.
The practice has recently invested in upgraded facilities and equipment, and the team brings a wide skill set and a strong culture of learning and collaboration. You will have what you need to do great work from day one, and after hours are shared across the team and well supported.
Remuneration is up to $140,000 plus superannuation, with an after-hours allowance and a share of professional fees. Additional benefits include registration support, a contribution towards memberships and subscriptions, study leave, CPD support, paid volunteer and parental leave, access to an Employee Assistance Programme, and staff discounts on products and services for your own pets.
The employer may be willing to assist with a work visa (sponsorship) for suitable overseas candidates. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) and be eligible for registration as a veterinary practitioner in Australia.
