A mixed practice vet is required to join a practice in a picturesque rural environment.
This is a well-established mixed animal clinic, with 95% of the large animal work being dairy with the occasional horse client. This particular role is 70% dairy, 30% companion animals.
There are 16 mixed and companion animal vets employed between 5 branches.

This is a permanent full-time position. You will join a flexible working rotation throughout the year, with little after-hours caseload when on-call, as well as time off in lieu of weekends worked. The practice is located in a rural town off the beaten track in the Bay of Plenty. The beautiful rural town offers a close-knit and friendly community, and great spots for trout fishing, hunting and tramping. It is within commuting distance of the larger regional towns, both of which offer excellent services, restaurants, bars, shopping, and recreational pursuits.
