The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience with solid general practice skills across medicine, surgery and dentistry. Strong communication, teamwork and a collaborative mindset are important, along with either leadership experience or enthusiasm to develop these skills. The team is also very happy to hear from experienced vets who would prefer to focus solely on clinical work rather than a leadership pathway.
Salary packages are generous and include a clinical lead salary of $160,000–$170,000 per annum (FTE) plus super and profit-sharing bonus incentives. Senior veterinarians not in a lead role will be offered attractive remuneration, along with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, generous CPD allowance, one week of CE leave, leadership development opportunities, paid parental and volunteer leave, VSB registration, support for memberships or subscriptions and access to retail and travel discounts.
