An opportunity has become available for a large animal veterinarian to join a high quality practice in the Waikato region of New Zealand.

The caseload would include 80 – 90% dairy and 10 – 20% sheep, beef, pig and alpaca.
Clinic hours are 8 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am to 12 pm on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays.
After hours is a 1:6 shared rota with another neighbouring clinic.
This is a purpose-built hospital which is part of a group of three practices. The clinics all use ‘gold standard’ veterinary medicine and are Healthy Hoof, Incalf, Body Condition Scoring and Advance Mastitis Accredited.
Equipment at the clinic is up to date and includes digital x-ray, equine digital x-ray, ultrasound scanner, anaesthetic machine, Idexx blood machine, fluid pumps, multiparameter machine, dental machine and power float for equine dentals.
