A practice on the South Island’s southern coast has a current opportunity for a companion animal vet to join the team.
The successful applicant will join a team of experienced veterinary professionals dedicated to the care and well-being of their patients. There are currently three vets employed at the practice, supported by experienced nurses.
Vets at the practice enjoy a varied caseload. There are plenty of opportunities for internal and external CPD, and you will be well-supported by experienced mentors.
The clinic is equipped to perform various procedures, from standard surgical desexing, microchipping, and feline grooming, to more complex surgeries, wound management, and tissue reconstruction. The facilities are state-of-the-art, ensuring the highest standard of care, including digital x-ray and in-house laboratory.
This is a permanent full-time role. The clinic opening hours are 8 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday and 8 am to 5 pm on Friday. After-hours are shared between neighbouring clinics.
