Vet Imaging Specialist Job in Melbourne - 208,641MC

A privately owned referral centre in inner Melbourne has a vacancy for an imaging specialist.

The successful applicant will support their existing team of specialists. This includes a large surgical team, medicine department and oncology.

The practice is equipped to the highest standard with a 54-slice CT scanner, 2 x ultrasounds, MRI access, endoscopy, fluoroscopy and digital radiography, allowing excellent diagnostic capabilities.

Part-time hours will be considered.

A post-graduate qualification allowing registration as a specialist is preferred. However, credentialed specialist exam candidates are welcome to apply.

You will be working within an established centre that provides specialist surgery and medicine services for companion animals and referral behaviour, ophthalmology, physiotherapy and hydrotherapy consultations.

The employer is willing to assist with a work permit (sponsorship) for suitable overseas candidates. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) and be eligible for registration as a veterinary practitioner in Australia.
