A privately-owned 24/7 emergency centre in Brisbane is seeking vets interested in either 100% ECC work or a blend or ECC and GP.
The practice has a clear mission: to provide dedicated, compassionate after-hours and emergency care to small animals in the local community and to offer valuable support to surrounding general practices.
Applicants with an interest in GP work will undertake consults and surgery, provide routine health care, including vaccinations, parasite prevention, wellness checks, and dental care, as well as diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries. Manage chronic conditions, and give advice on nutrition and behaviour.

The employer is willing to assist with a work permit (sponsorship) for suitable overseas candidates. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) and be eligible for registration as a veterinary practitioner in Australia.
This position would suit a vet with a minimum of two years’ experience.
