An exciting opportunity is available for a Lead Veterinarian to join a modern, community-focused small animal clinic located on the Sunshine Coast.
This role would suit an experienced vet with at least five years’ experience who is looking to take the next step into a leadership position. You will work across a mix of consulting and surgery while guiding and supporting a friendly team of vets and nurses to deliver a high standard of patient care.
You will be joining a young and collaborative team that values quality care and strong client relationships over daily quotas. The clinic is supported by a larger network, with access to a dedicated support office team to help reduce administrative workload, allowing you to focus on leading your team and developing your clinical interests.

This position comes with an attractive salary package of $130K to $160K, along with a $10K relocation and sign-on bonus.
