A veterinarian with some experience is required to join a large veterinary practice on the east coast of New Zealand’s South Island.
This is a great opportunity for a confident mixed practitioner who wants to extend their dairy knowledge while keeping their companion animal skills fresh.
You will be joining a 3-vet team with a great culture and cutting-edge approach to veterinary practice. You will be supported by friendly and experienced veterinary technicians and admin staff.
This is a permanent role with the option to undertake full-time or part-time hours.
Clinic hours are:
Mon, Weds, Thurs, Friday – 8 am to 5:30 pm
Tuesday – 8 am to 7:30 pm
Saturday – 9 am to 12 pm
This well-equipped practice includes IDEXX laboratory, endoscope, laparoscope, ultrasound and x-ray with an automatic processor.
This practice is located between two major rivers where salmon and sea-run trout fishing are popular activities. If fishing isn’t up your alley, leisure facilities, cafes and world-class hiking trails are not too far away. An international airport can be reached in an hour’s drive.
