This practice is offering the opportunity to work with a registered Equine Medicine Veterinary Specialist and a former Australian Cattle Vet of the Year!

A position has become available to join a well-established mixed practice in central Queensland. This is a true mixed practice seeing a caseload of 35% equine, 35% small animals and 30% cattle.

The employer is seeking to employ someone who aligns with the practice’s awesome culture, has excellent communication skills and is a team player.

You will be joining a fun and respectful team of six vets, including four full-time and two part-time. They offer a wealth of experience and mentorship in an atmosphere of support and growth, with over 100 years of combined veterinary experience.

The practice values work-life balance. This full-time position is a 4-day week with a 1 in 4 after-hours roster which is well renumerated and supported by senior vets. Calls are monitored by the vet nurses, who ensure you are only called if needed, and a deposit has been taken.
