A premium, purpose-built practice on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced small animal vet to join the team in a lead vet role.
The lead veterinarian will help to establish strong clinical systems, mentor and develop veterinarians, and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture. The clinic will include modern consulting spaces, diagnostics, surgical facilities and integrated technology, with a strong focus on supporting both patient outcomes and team wellbeing.
This is a full-time position, with a salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 per annum plus super, dependent on experience and skills. The role would suit a confident and capable veterinarian with strong clinical judgement, an interest in leadership and a genuine desire to help build a high-performing team. Before commencing the role, the successful applicant will take part in a structured induction program and will be supported by experienced operational, leadership and clinical mentors to help set the team up for long-term success.
