A privately owned small animal hospital in Perth’s southern suburbs is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join their friendly and supportive team. The practice has been ranked in the top 10% of WA practices.
This role suits someone who enjoys working collaboratively, communicates well with clients and colleagues, and values providing high-quality, evidence-based care. The team places great importance on building trusted client relationships without the pressure of KPIs, instead focusing on the positive feedback they receive from clients.
Experience with ultrasound or orthopaedic surgery is welcomed, but not essential.
The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis with a flexible roster and offers consulting-only work or a mix of consults and surgery depending on your strengths.
No after-hours.
No sole charge.
Appointments are scheduled for 20 minutes.

The clinic is located in a purpose-built facility that has recently undergone major extensions. The practice is well-equipped with digital X-ray, a new Omega MyLab ultrasound, a Zeiss digital microscope with a camera, in-house blood machines, two surgical theatres and a dedicated dental suite.
The employer is willing to assist with a work visa (sponsorship) for suitable overseas candidates. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) and be eligible for registration as a veterinary practitioner in Australia.
Relocation assistance is available for suitable candidates from interstate or overseas.
The practice is less than 40 minutes south of the Perth CBD and is close to lovely beaches with excellent restaurants, schools and cafes nearby. It is a great lifestyle location with plenty of outdoor activities and easy access to the coast.
