An excellent opportunity has become available for a companion animal veterinarian to join a friendly practice on New Zealand’s North Island.

The successful applicant will join a modern, purpose-built practice where you will work alongside a dedicated team of skilled vet nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional care.

You will be part of an experienced team that includes senior clinicians with advanced qualifications and special interests in medicine, surgery, and rehabilitation, creating a rich environment for collaboration and case discussion.

You will enjoy working in a modern, purpose-built facility with a great team of vet nurses at your side. Equipment includes digital x-ray, induction and surgical suites, a dental suite complete with digital x-ray, a full in-house diagnostic lab, isolation ward, and patient rehabilitation and physiotherapy, complete with a class IV laser.

– Minimum of 5 years’ experience is preferred

– Ability to work on your own at times with remote support

– Commitment to client services with a professional attitude

– Willingness to maintain the highest level of care in a busy practice

– Good time management and proven organisational skills

– Great interpersonal skills to build relationships

– A desire to grow, learn and develop new skills.
