A position has become available for a veterinarian to join a friendly, five-vet team at a well-established, growing, independently owned practice in southern Sydney.
The team strives to provide the best possible care to both patients and clients. They pride themselves on having a collegial atmosphere and a supportive environment for all team members. Learning and sharing knowledge are encouraged, which helps all staff members. The support staff are friendly, skilled and fun to work with.
The practice sees a varied medical and surgical caseload and provides the opportunity to work up cases well, with most things handled in-house. There is also the opportunity for a vet interested in orthopaedics to learn from the practice owner, as they perform most of the orthopaedics in-house, including TTA’s. The practice owner is also PennHIP registered.
The practice is well-equipped with digital x-ray, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, anaesthetic monitors, IM3 dental machine, dental x-rays, full in-house lab, Kyon TTA and many other facilities.
There are no after-hours duties, and weekend work is divided between vets.
Remuneration is generous and based on experience level.
The practice is located next to a train station. There are shops, restaurants and a park close by, and the beach is just a 20-minute drive away.
