A well-equipped and progressive four-site veterinary practice is seeking an experienced companion animal veterinarian to join their 12-vet team.

The workload is busy and varied but allows adequate time to complete cases to a high standard. Staff are allocated administrative time to follow cases through or catch up on relevant reading. The employer encourages the team to end their day on time to ensure a quality work/life balance.
The team includes a number of veterinarians with special interests, so they can often refer trickier cases within the practice or to specialists when needed. They have a fantastic veterinary nursing team who make the vets’ lives so much easier with their amazing skills.
The employers offer ample opportunities for veterinarians to develop areas of special interest. Staff are encouraged to have a development path which is reviewed throughout the year.
Unlike many practices that run evening clinics, they operate 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday.
After-hours cover is shared amongst staff (approximately 1 night per 8 weeknights). There are no weekend after hours. Staff are compensated with an above average salary (which includes AH compensation).

The clinic is well-equipped with DR x-ray system, IDEXX lab, Halls ortho drills, saws, surgical instruments & TPLO gear, Heine loups, dental base & DR x-ray dental unit, Tonopen, multiple patient multiparameter monitors & anaesthetic machines and Doppler blood pressure units.
