A vet is required to fill an emergency FIFO position at a purpose-built, privately-owned, ASAV-accredited hospital of excellence.
The successful candidate will work three weekends per month. The days/nights to be worked are Friday, Saturday and Sunday with the option to also work on Thursday.
Ideally, the vet will fly in and out of Brisbane. There is accommodation available.
The successful candidate will join a multi-vet team. Vets are supported by highly skilled nurses, and there is a fantastic culture.

The hospital has all the equipment you could want and need, including ultrasound, digital x-ray, in-house laboratory, blood machines, ventilators, patient monitors, active heating devices, a separate cat ward and more. The practice is an ISFM cat-friendly accredited hospital.
The local area boasts natural beauty and fantastic weather. There are many beautiful beaches, stunning national parks, and great camping spots. It is located a few hours north of Brisbane, close to the southern tip of the Great Barrier Reef.
