An overnight veterinarian is required at a well-established 24/7 hospital in Perth.
Shifts are from 5 pm to 11 pm or 11.30 pm to 9 am or 9 pm to 9 am.
Full-time or part-time hours available.
Shifts vary and include consultations, emergency surgery and hospital case management.
The ideal candidate would have the ability to perform emergency surgery, be confident managing medical cases and be comfortable working sole charge. Emergency experience or postgraduate studies would be highly regarded.
Short-term accommodation is available.
The employer is willing to assist with a work permit (sponsorship) for suitable overseas candidates. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) and be eligible for registration as a veterinary practitioner in Australia.
Located in Perth, the hospital is close to some of Western Australia’s most stunning beaches.
