A well-established mixed practice in West Gippsland is seeking an experienced small animal or mixed veterinarian to join its large, supportive team. This is a flexible role that can be shaped around your interests, whether you’d prefer to focus on small animal work or enjoy the variety of mixed practice.
Full-time and part-time arrangements are both available. The practice has recently invested in upgraded facilities and equipment, and the team brings a broad range of skills across companion animal and production animal medicine. There is a strong focus on teamwork, learning and supporting vets to develop their careers in the direction that suits them.
After hours are shared across the team, with a sustainable and well-remunerated roster supported by Vetriage to filter calls.
Applicants should have at least three years’ veterinary experience and be warm, empathetic and keen to work as part of a collaborative team. The practice is looking for someone who enjoys learning, sharing knowledge and continuing to develop professionally.
A salary package of $80,000 to $140,000+ is offered, commensurate with skills and experience, plus generous after-hours earnings.
