A well-established mixed practice in the Gippsland region is seeking an experienced veterinarian for a dairy-focused role. Full-time or part-time hours are available, with flexibility to shape your caseload, development plan and progression around your interests.
You’ll join a large, experienced veterinary team with skills across companion animal and production animal medicine. For a vet keen to develop further in dairy practice, there is access to experienced production animal and consulting vets for mentoring, case discussion and ongoing development, with the opportunity to progress into consultancy-style dairy and herd health work over time.
The practice has recently invested in upgraded facilities and equipment to support modern veterinary medicine. After hours are shared across the team, with a sustainable, well-remunerated roster supported by Vetriage to filter calls.
Applicants should have at least three years’ veterinary experience and an interest in dairy medicine. This role would suit a vet who values teamwork, learning and the opportunity to continue developing professionally.
A salary package of $80,000 to $140,000+ is offered, commensurate with skills and experience, plus generous after-hours earnings.
