Experienced vet nurse required for a 12-month maternity leave position.
This is a family-owned, recently renovated practice located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Applicants are required to have a minimum of two years’ paid, full-time experience as a qualified veterinary nurse.
The role would be well suited to a veterinary nurse with experience in placing IV catheters, taking bloods and assisting in surgery. However, for those without this experience, training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will work well both independently and within a team, possess exceptional communication skills and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly.
The team are looking for a nurse to join them on a full-time basis with 1:4 weekends to be worked. This is compensated with days off during the week.
The practice is located in Sydney’s beautiful Northern Beaches. This is a family-friendly suburb with a relaxed lifestyle. The area is bursting with trendy shops, cafes and restaurants. The practice is only a five-minute drive to the beach and less than an hour’s drive to Sydney’s CBD.
