An exciting opportunity is available for an equine practitioner at this two-vet practice in Perth. Although the ideal successful candidate will be an experienced equine veterinarian, recent graduates with horse experience are encouraged to apply.

The business caters to all aspects of medicine and surgery in companion, performance horses, and breeding horses. The caseload includes many high-level dressage, eventing and show-jumping clients, and therefore the work has a strong lameness and diagnostic imaging bias.

The workload will be focused on the following:

- In hospital examinations and treatments.

- Lameness assessments and case management

- medical work-ups.

- Field surgery (castrations/stitch-ups etc)

- Emergency care when required.

- Dentistry (for candidates with an interest and/or experience in this field).

- Reproductive examinations and procedures (this is not essential, and only applies to

candidates with an interest in this field).
