Interested in surgery? There is the opportunity to be involved in a large surgical caseload.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with sole charge and routine consults and procedures. Support is available from two other sister clinics to help with any advice with cases.
CPD is strongly encouraged with a generous allowance. The employers want to offer vets the opportunity to work up cases with not just staff support but also the latest technology. If there is something the practice doesn’t have, they are happy to support and bring it in. The hospital is well-equipped with a state-of-the-art surgical suite and rehab centre with access to CT.
A generous salary is on offer, with regular reviews.
The position can be full or part-time. The roster is shared evenly, with only 1:3 weekends with RDOs. No on-call or after-hours are required allowing for a great work-life balance.
The area has spacious housing and some of the state’s top schools in the area, making it great for families. Enjoy the Hawkesbury River and national parks on your doorstep, as well as great restaurants, cafes and one of the southern hemisphere’s largest indoor shopping centres.
