An opportunity has become available for a vet nurse to work at a privately-owned emergency centre in Queensland.

The successful vet nurse will join a warm, caring team of 40 staff, including vets, vet nurses, and support staff. The team works collaboratively to deliver the best emergency and critical care.

The successful applicant will work a 10-week rotating roster designed for optimal work-life balance. Shifts are 12.5 hours, giving plenty of time to plan holidays and personal commitments. The successful applicant will work five weeks of days followed by five weeks of nights, never more than three shifts in a row. After night shifts, enjoy extended days off for recovery. Plus, there are always at least two nurses on every shift for support.

The state-of-the-art facility is well-equipped to allow the staff to provide the best possible care. Equipment includes an in-house lab, radiograph facilities, an isolation room, a seizure monitoring ward, and much more!
