Are you seeking a vet nursing position with no weekend work or after hours? Look no further!

A position has become available for an experienced veterinary nurse to join the experienced and supportive team at a modern, privately-owned and well-equipped hospital on Sydney's Lower North Shore.

Ideally, this position is to start in late July/early August.

The practice are also very happy to hear from nurses on a Working Holiday visa who can work for 3-6 months.

The role allows for a great work-life balance with no weekends or after-hours! The role can be full or part time. Full time vet nurses typically work four days per week, and part-time nurses, three days per week.

The perfect candidate will have a high standard of nursing care and be comfortable with anaesthetic monitoring, blood collection, IV catheter placement and admission/discharge/nurse appointments. Nurses should be well presented, willing to train junior staff, as well as possess exceptional customer service skills and a great phone manner.

Ideally, applicants will have a minimum of two years full-time clinical experience, along with their Certificate IV (or equivalent).

Clinic opening hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 8 pm, Saturdays 8 am to 5 pm, and Sundays 10 am to 12 pm.
