An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled veterinary nurse to join a progressive practice that prides itself on Best Practice patient and client care.

This full-time position in Melbourne's eastern suburbs is offering the successful candidate a supportive, friendly and fun team environment.

To apply for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- 2-3 years of paid full-time experience

- Certificate IV Qualified or equivalent

- Confident in all areas of nursing, including but not limited to surgical, hospital reception and general cleaning skills.

- Highly motivated

- Exceptional communication skills

- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-growing clinical environment

- Ability to multi-task

- Ability to work efficiently in day-to-day tasks, including inpatient care

- Ability to make clients and their pets feel comfortable and important

- Ability to assist and train trainee nurses on a day-to-day basis.
