An exciting opportunity is available for a small animal veterinarian to join this privately-owned, multi-vet practice on a permanent basis.
Both new/ recent graduates and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply.
The practice is located less than five hours south of Perth, on the stunning South Coast of Western Australia.
Salary:
New graduate vet – $75 000 P.A. plus superan plus salary review in the first year and incentives.
Experienced vet – Up to $140 000 P.A. plus superan
The team is made up of four vets, with three rostered on each day.
New/recent graduates will be well supported. The practice owner has a keen interest in surgery, including orthopaedics. This is an excellent opportunity for a new/recent graduate, with an interest in surgery. The practice owner also enjoys training and mentoring vets.
The successful applicant will be required to assist with the on call rota (which is one night on call per week, and 1:4 weekends on call, and every second Saturday rostered on from 9 am until 12 pm). There is the option to work a 4 or 5-day week.
The practice is located in a bustling town with several museums, galleries, restaurants and bars to enjoy. The local area also offers great fishing, surfing, swimming, diving, hiking, four-wheel-driving, camping and many other activities.
