An exciting opportunity has become available for a 100% companion animal veterinarian to work at a well-established practice in the Northland region of New Zealand.

The practice prides itself on having a positive, kind and supportive environment where the team truly enjoy their work. Both the vets and nurses are highly experienced and professional.

After-hours are 1 in 6 with minimal sole charge.

The practice has a varied caseload, where the successful applicant will be supported and mentored through an interesting mix of consulting, treatment and surgical responsibilities.

Full or part time applicants will be considered.

The clinic is Best Practice accreditied, whilst being highly equipped with a digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental x-ray, fluid pumps and IDDEX.

The practice is situated in a city with a vibrant arts community. Enjoy idyllic harbour, ocean beaches and plenty of marine adventures close by. The clinics are only 2 hours (or 35 minutes flying) from the main city of Auckland and 1.5 hours from the Bay of Islands. Here you can enjoy both the city life and coastal scenery on your days off.
