To be successful in this role, you will need a BVSc or equivalent degree with registration to practice in Victoria, at least three years of experience in general practice, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. A flexible, adaptable approach, a commitment to high standards of care, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for animals and the veterinary profession are essential.
