Vet Job in Melbourne - 212,300MH

A part-time veterinarian with at least one year's experience is required to join a well-established practice in Melbourne's north eastern suburbs.

You'll be based at a boutique small animal hospital in a leafy inner Melbourne suburb with a team of 2 other vets and 6 nurses. 

Staff at the clinic form a close-knit and supportive team.

The practice sees a varied caseload which includes work with local rescue groups and wildlife.

A vet who has a strong desire for continued education will be highly regarded.

This is a permanent, part-time position consisting of 1 weekday and every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Practice opening hours include:

Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6 PM

Saturday 8 AM - 2 PM

Sunday 10 AM - 1 PM

The practice is well-equipped with endoscope, ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, dental machine, anaesthetic monitoring equipment, humidicrib, bair hugger patient warmers and idexx in house pathology.

Due to practice growth, the clinic will be moving to a larger, purpose built facility in 2025.

The practice is located within a 30 minute drive from Melbourne's CBD in a leafy, inner-city suburb. There are boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants close by, and the practice is within walking distance of a train station.
