A practice in the Auckland region has an exceptional opportunity for a companion animal veterinarian to join the team.
The practice operates across four branches with a loyal and growing client base. The employers are focused on building strong teams and ensuring staff are valued and enjoy their work environment.
The role is full-time, and there are no after-hours required. However, you will contribute to the Saturday roster with a day in lieu given for weekend work to balance work and life. Most of the clinics within the group close between 5:30 pm and 6 pm. The clinics are open from 9 am to 12:30 pm, 1 pm or 3 pm on Saturdays.
They offer an extensive range of services and have all the up to date equipment you could need, including an endoscope, LigaSure, arthroscope and digital DR radiography. For the more challenging cases, the team works closely with a consultant orthopaedic surgeon and an ultrasonographer.

Vets at the practice are encouraged to follow their passions. CPD and special interests are supported and funded. In addition, all New Zealand Veterinary Association and Veterinary Council of New Zealand registrations are paid for by the employer. The veterinary team meets regularly for collegial collaboration.
