The practice has impressive facilities. They are a spacious, standalone hospital with the added bonus of access to high-end GP equipment, plus an endoscope and CT Scanner.

The team is close-knit with a great dynamic and culture. They are a relaxed bunch who all enjoy working together. They would love to find someone who shares this philosophy and enjoys coming to work.

This position would suit a motivated and skilled veterinarian who enjoys all aspects of general practice. However, if you have a preference for surgery or consulting, the role can be tailored to suit you.

Full-time hours are available. If you are looking for a part-time role, this can be accommodated as well.

You will be provided with plenty of CE opportunities through online modules and workshops, mentoring, charitable programs, plus national and international conferences.

Benefits of the role include:

– A generous above-market base salary is offered in line with the experience you bring.

– Yearly salary reviews.

– Flexible school and family-friendly working arrangements (school hour rostering available).

– Bespoke CE options and paid study leave

– Option between Paid Vet Registration or AVA Membership

– Paid Parental leave

If clinic ownership is in your future, the employer offers flexible options to support you in this. This position comes with generous discounts with many retailers and healthcare providers to help you live your best life. Novated car leasing, private health and travel insurance, optical, furniture and fashion retailers, hotels, holidays and events, just to name a few.

The employer is willing to assist with a work permit (sponsorship) for suitable overseas candidates. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) and be eligible for registration as a veterinary practitioner in Australia.

On your days off, you will have the freedom to explore the stunning areas of the south coast beaches. There are breathtaking tropical rainforests nearby, a selection of theme parks and plenty of sunshine to soak up!
