A privately owned boutique practice located on the Gold Coast in Queensland is looking for an exceptional veterinarian to join the team.
This is a three-vet practice with 10 staff in total, plus visiting specialists. Vets are well-supported by skilled, qualified nurses.
This is a full-time position working four days during the week (8 am to 5:30 pm) and every second Saturday (8 am to 12 pm). Saturday shifts are sole charge. There are usually two vets rostered on weekdays. This is a family-friendly practice. This is a Gold Standard practice that runs on 30-minute consults. The team are all about building relationships with the clients.
The practice recently underwent an expansion, which includes a separate cat entrance, waiting room, consult rooms and cat ward, and is now a Gold Accredited Cat-Friendly practice. They also have a separate dental suite and a large imaging room. Equipment includes dental x-ray, ultrasound and more.

The employer is willing to assist with a work permit (sponsorship) for suitable overseas candidates. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) and be eligible for registration as a veterinary practitioner in Australia.
