A busy, multi-clinic, small animal practice in Hong Kong is seeking a veterinarian with experience in the field of acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine and/or physio and rehabilitation therapy.
The role will include small animal medicine and surgery as well as acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine and/or physio and rehabilitation therapy.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and practice gold standard ethical veterinary medicine!
The practice has been providing acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine clinics for over 20 years and has been operating a physiotherapy-rehabilitation service since 2011 (including an underwater treadmill!)
The practice employs over 25 veterinarians, 25 vet nurses and a large team of customer service and support staff.
The hospital is very well equipped, with an in-house laboratory, state of the art digital radiography, Doppler ultrasound, ECG, endoscopy/bronchoscopy, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, separate dog, cat and exotics wards and three consulting room. They have recently added an underwater treadmill for rehabilitation.
They offer a full range of services, from preventative medicine to a 24-hour emergency service and a full range of soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery. In addition, they have critical care facilities and an isolation ward. There are also behavioural consultations twice a week.
In-house CPD is provided, and special interests are encouraged.
Salary:
HK$70,000 per month plus bonuses
Approximately AUD $160,000 P.A. plus bonuses
