Vet required for maternity cover at a well-established practice in Sydney’s East.
The role will commence in August 2025. Ideally, the veterinarian will cover a 12 month block; however, vets interested in working a 6 month block should also contact Vetlink. There may also be the potential for this position to become permanent.
The current part-time hours to cover are:
– Mondays (8 am – 4 pm)
– Fridays (rotating roster – 8 am – 4 pm & 11 am – 7 pm)
– 1:3 weekends (Saturday 8:30 am – 5 pm and Sunday 10 am – 3 pm).
Exact working hours are flexible. If you were wanting to work closer to full-time hours or less weekends and more weekday shifts, this could potentially be accommodated.
You will have the support of an experienced nursing team and regular visiting specialists.
The clinic was recently renovated and is purpose-built. It is fitted with the latest equipment, including digital radiology and dental radiology, orthopaedic equipment, MMP cruciate instruments, electrocautery, ultrasound, ECG, Catalyst One and LaserCyte.
The practice is located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, close to beaches, parks, golf courses and the airport. The area has no shortage of cafes and restaurants. The CBD is easily accessible by the light rail network and buses.
