This role is best suited to a veterinarian with at least 4 years of practical experience. Clinical leadership and management skills are desired but not essential as mentoring is available.
This practice boasts a team of 5 skilled nurses and 3 talented veterinarians, creating a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. This stress-free accredited clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including ultrasound, dental x-ray, regular x-ray, and a tonometer, to ensure the highest quality care for their patients. With separate cat and dog consult rooms, a prep area, surgical room, radiography room, and separate dog and cat wards, they provide comprehensive services to their valued clients.
With a new practice manager, the clinic is moving in a direction looking to promote a happy and healthy workplace, where you are the priority. The nurses are highly skilled, self-motivated, and flexible in their roles, while the veterinarians are known for their hard work and talent. The key responsibilities of this role will include:
– Leading and managing the veterinary team while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
– You will be expected to provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring their well-being and comfort. – Encouraging open communication and the sharing of ideas among all team members is essential, as is collaborating with the team to continuously enhance their services and client experience.
