A rare opportunity is available for a vet nurse to join the dedicated nursing team at a well-equipped Melbourne Hospital. This is an exciting role for a nurse who has a passion for surgery and patient care!
The successful applicant must be able to work a variety of day shifts over the week, with an occasional evening shift (8 or 8.30pm finish) and some weekends (attractive penalty rates apply).

The successful applicant will have a minimum of two years’ experience in veterinary practice, including surgical nursing and possess excellent communication skills. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Nursing or Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent).
The practice is extremely well-equipped, with a CT scanner, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, x-ray, electrocardiogram, tonopen IOP, cryopen, doppler, SurgiVet monitoring equipment and more.
