An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Veterinarian to join this fantastic team in Auckland.
This companion animal and exotics practice has been part of the local community for many years. You will be joining a great team of veterinarians and veterinary nurses who are passionate about their furry (& feathered or scaly) patients and dedicated to providing them and their owners with the best possible care.
The practice is ideally seeking a vet who would like to take on a leadership role. This role is full-time, with some flexibility with regard to the roster.
As an experienced veterinarian, you will already have a good idea as to the day-to-day requirements of being a great member of the dynamic team behind any great clinic. Your key responsibilities will include client consultations, hands-on small animal surgery and diagnostics and working collaboratively with your colleagues on patient cases.
About You
– Genuinely care for pets, your colleagues and our clients
– Work well both in a team and independently
– High level of integrity and interested in continued development
– Have a Veterinary degree registerable in New Zealand
– Enjoy working in a busy small animal clinic
– Bonus if you have an interest in exotics
– 5+ yrs experience preferred
