A vet nurse is required for maternity cover at a practice in Melbourne’s inner southeast.
The position starts on Monday, 5th May, with approximately 30 hours of work available per week for six months, with the potential for extension.
The successful applicant will work Mondays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and three 7-hour surgical nursing shifts on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. There are no after-hours, weekend, or public holiday shifts.
This role focuses primarily on hospital and surgical nursing, with minimal reception duties, as the practice has dedicated receptionists.
The well-equipped practice is located in a leafy inner-city suburb, just 10 minutes southeast of Melbourne’s CBD. The area has excellent public transport links, making it easy to access the city. It is also close to parks, including the botanical gardens, and offers a variety of eateries, facilities, and schooling options nearby.
