Part Time Vet Job QLD - 220,392LH2

A privately-owned practice in the Moreton Bay region is seeking an experienced vet to work on a part-time basis.

The role will see the successful vet practising excellent veterinary care within a tight and trusted team of five vets. Most of the vets have over 10 years of experience, with some having obtained medicine and surgery memberships. Vets are supported by skilled veterinary nurses and a dedicated receptionist.

The ideal candidate will be motivated and driven.

The team carry out complex soft-tissue and orthopaedic surgery such as TPLOs, MPLs, oncology surgery and more.

Ideally, the part-time role will be worked across three days, however, this is negotiable. The practice is open from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm on weekdays and from 8 am - 12 pm on Saturdays. No on call work is required.

The practice is well-equipped with all the equipment needed. Equipment includes ultrasound, full in-house IDEXX, digital x-ray, large separate surgical suite, IM3 dental, dental x-ray and separate dental area.

The practice is nestled in the southeast Queensland hinterlands, within reach of Brisbane City and the Sunshine Coast, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The town has an array of quirky cafes, craft shops, antique stores and historical buildings.
