An opportunity for a new graduate vet to join a modern practice with a great caseload on the New South Wales Central Coast has become available.

You will see an exciting mix of companion animals, exotic pets, birds, and the occasional native animal!

The practice has been providing a friendly, caring and professional service to the local community since 2000. It is well equipped with modern equipment, including digital x-ray, dental unit, ultrasound, multi-parameter monitoring and fully equipped surgery.

This position would suit a motivated and enthusiastic veterinarian. The senior vets at the practice have a wealth of knowledge and are happy to support and guide less experienced vets.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or an equivalent degree recognised in Australia.

- Ability to work with fellow team members and build rapport with clients.

- A positive 'can do' & ready to learn attitude.

- A desire to grow yourself and develop your career.

- Strong organisational and communication skills.

What's in it for you?

- A competitive salary with regular performance reviews.

- CPD allowance + 1 week of study leave per year.

- Access to a wide support network with like-minded professionals.

- An interesting role where no two days are the same!

- A dynamic and supportive team environment.

The practice is located on the NSW Central Coast. The area is a tranquil hideaway with big attractions in every direction. Spend your downtime hiking, horse riding, kayaking on the lake, surfing or relaxing on the beautiful beaches.
