An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic veterinarian to join this privately-owned mixed practice in East Yorkshire.
The caseload will consist of 75% small animals and 25% large animals. The large animal work is mainly beef cattle.
The team is made up of 16 vets (a mixture of full-time and part-timers).
The area is famous for its sandy beaches, award-winning promenades, historic harbours, and the quirky Old Town – there’s something for everyone in one of Britain’s favourite resort towns in East Yorkshire!
The practice is well-equipped with three surgical theatres with laparoscopic facilities, CT scanner, additional dental suite with dental radiography and a full rehabilitation department offering laser therapy and hydrotherapy.

I was out in the field most days – cattle, horses, sheep – then backing up in the small animal clinic when I was in the hospital – mostly consults & a little surgery – just fantastic. This is a very well run practice, with an absolutely first-class team – competent, ethical Vets, friendly, mature young reception staff & very helpful & professional nurses – I could not have asked for a better experience. [The practice owner] is just a gem!
