A well-established veterinary practice is seeking a motivated and experienced mixed animal veterinarian to lead a team of five vets. Your key responsibilities will include:

– Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff.

– Provide high-quality veterinary care, including consultations, diagnostics, surgery, and treatment plans.

– Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practice guidelines.

– Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture.

– Maintain excellent client communication and ensure a high standard of customer service.

– Manage caseloads, including after-hours work, with the support of a triage team that screens calls and organises cases.

– Contribute to the ongoing development of the clinic’s services and offerings.
