Are you looking to work in a genuinely mixed practice that provides a very high level of care to its patients and offers best-practice options?

Join a large modern practice with small and large animal facilties. The practice currently employs eight vets and twelve vet nurses.

New graduate and experienced nurses are welcome to apply. The role can be full-time, part-time or casual.

The mix of work is variable; however, the caseload is roughly 60% small animal, 30% equine and 10% sheep, cattle, alpacas and goats.

An exciting opportunity is available for a veterinary nurse to join this privately-owned country practice on a permanent basis.

Nurses will have the opportunity to perform high-end nursing duties such as placing IV catheters, anaesthetic monitoring, blood collection, dental prophy and other practical skills. There will be a mix of surgical nursing and reception duties.

The practice is extremely well-equipped with digital x-ray, Surgivet monitoring and an IM3 dental machine and is computerised with OpenVPMS.

The practice is located in a scenic county town, less than two hours from Perth. The town offers the usual amenities, such as schools, hospitals, restaurants, shopping areas and country pubs.
