Are you an experienced small animal vet looking for a new challenge in your career?
Due to expansion, a five-branch practice in Cardiff is recruiting small animal vets to join the team due to expansion. The main hospital is a multi-million-pound facility.
This flexible position can include both hospital and branch work or a mix of weekdays and weekends. The employer can work with you to find your ideal combination of clinical work and rota pattern. They aim to tailor your working patterns to suit your needs and allow you to strike a healthy balance between work and home life.

Key Details
- Up to 6.6 weeks holiday, inclusive of Bank holidays - Options to buy and sell holidays
- Sick pay of 2 weeks full pay and 2 weeks half pay
- 5 days CPD, with a budget of £1750

The hospital site boasts a CT scanner, advanced ultrasonography equipment, endosurgery facilities, extensive blood analysis equipment, dedicated orthopaedic, soft tissue and exotic theatres, as well as a dedicated dental suite. They also proudly host pet blood bank sessions to provide much-needed support to the veterinary community.
The four branch practices are fully equipped with all the modern kit you would expect. They are fully self-sufficient practices that have the backup and support of the hospital site when needed. Standard branch facilities include digital x-ray and dental x-ray, blood analysers, ultrasound and access to shared radiosurgery units.
