A practice in Perth's northeast is seeking a lead veterinarian. Full-time hours preferred. Vets wanting part-time work should also apply.

The leadership team is passionate, innovative and customer-centric. They are seeking a vet who has a flexible and adaptable approach, is passionate about pets and is committed to gold standards of care. Applicants should possess exceptional communication, organisational and customer service skills, along with a commitment to working in a team environment.

The practice is new and well-equipped with two consult rooms, separate sterile surgery, a separate imaging room, a separate cat waiting area and separate cat ward, digital x-ray, IM3 dental and Bair Hugger equipment.

Daily duties will include:

- Leading a team of passionate Vets and Vet Nurses;

- Delivering personalised, professional and dedicated care to patients and owners;

- Handling and treating all animals;

- Regular consults and routine surgery;

- Using evidence-based diagnoses, therapies and recommended courses of treatment;

- Providing follow-up care and education of pet owners;

- Confidently working as a sole practitioner in the clinic when required.
