An exciting opportunity is available for a compassionate veterinarian to join this team on a full-time basis in central Tasmania. The location provides an opportunity to explore the beautiful state on weekends.

The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate or experienced veterinarian with a passion for helping animals and their owners.

The clinic's approach allows individual veterinarians to work up cases as they feel fit while working in a supportive and encouraging team environment.

This is a full-time position, with a 5-day working week. The position does not require any after-hours or home calls, providing a good work-life balance.

The clinic pays veterinarians an hourly rate rather than a salary, providing compensation for every minute worked. The clinic offers four weeks of annual leave and one week of study leave with a study allowance. No after-hours work is required as the practice refers these cases to the local emergency centre.

The practice is located in a charming historic town between Launceston and Hobart, surrounded by stunning countryside with rolling hills and farmland.
